Maximum Occupancy:
The Rental rate is based upon a maximum occupancy of Two (2) persons.
Minimum Stay:
This property requires a Two (2) night minimum stay; if a Rental is taken for less than Two (2) days, the Guest will still be charged the Two (2) night rate.
Pets:
We have a strict no pet policy for guests. However, Hershey, our cat, occasionally enters the Rental in between guest stays. Therefore, although the unit is cleaned regularly, we can not guarantee that there is no cat dander.
Prohibited Activities:
Smoking, heavy drinking and illegal drugs are not allowed. Candles are also not allowed.
Telephone:
As most guests have mobile telephones, we do not provide a land-line in the Rental.
Courtesy:
Reciprocal courtesy is expected in order to preserve the quiet, peaceful enjoyment of the property. Please turn the TV or music off after 10 pm. To preserve the hardwood floors, please keep your shoes off while inside.
Housekeeping Services:
Housekeeping services are provided once per stay or once per week (on Fridays), which ever is shorter, for a fee of $99 per service. To keep the unit in proper condition, one cleaning service per week is mandatory. Since a dishwasher is not provided, please leave your dirty dishes outside your door and we will clean them and restock them once per day for no additional charge. If you wish to use the lower garden's gas BBQ, an additional $20 cleaning fee will be charged.
Inclusive Fees:
Rates include a one-time linen and towel set-up and amenities.

Rates subject to change without notice.
Damage/Security Deposit: $500 Refundable Security Deposit. Your Security Deposit will be refunded provided the following requirements are met:
A. No damage has occurred to Rental unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear;
B. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay;
C. Guests place all debris, rubbish and discards in trash, soiled dishes outside the door, and place dirty towels on the bathroom floor;
D. All keys are left on the desk/table and Rental is left locked;
E. All charges accrued during stay are paid for prior to departure;
F. Linens, appliances, furniture or contents are not missing or damaged;
G. The Renter is not evicted by the owner or local law enforcement.
Liability:
The owners of the rental unit are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to the Renter or their Guests during their term of stay on the premises. The owners of the Rental unit are not responsible for the loss of the Renters' or their Guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, the Renter(s) and all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of, or others whom they invite, to use the premises.

Any exceptions to policies must be approved in advance in writing.
